The Nebraska's Toughest Mile competition will take place on Saturday, Oct. 31, in Peru, Nebraska. The race, conducted by Peru State's cross country coach Katy Billings and her Bobcat cross country team, will be run at 8:30 a.m. in one of Nebraska's hilliest small towns, that being Peru!
