With a new academic honor system in place, 51 Peru State student-athletes were named to slightly-revised Dean's List.

For the first time ever, Peru State began a different honors list for students in the fall of 2018. The inaugural President's List was instituted for students earning a perfect 4.0 grade point average at the College.

Six of the eight Peru State athletic teams eligible for NAIA Scholar Team status at the end of the academic year are on track to earn the honor following the first semester. Also, the baseball team is just percentage points away from the required level.

Each year for the past four years, the crowd for the annual Glow Walk for Mental Health Awareness Month has grown. This year's walk, coordinated again by Peru State counselor Jamie Eberly, was the largest ever with over 300 participating in the walk.
